PremisesPro was created by someone who’s spent a lifetime on the front line of school and academies facilities management. After years working across education estates, Nick saw the same problem repeating itself everywhere: caretakers and site teams were expected to manage huge responsibilities with little to
no formal training, guidance or ongoing support.
Driven to change that, he built PremisesPro — a modern training platform designed to raise standards across the sector. His mission is simple: empower caretakers, site managers, and estates teams with the skills, confidence, practical knowledge and ongoing expertise and peer led support they’ve always deserved.
